Emerge Integrative Wellness is home to many healing modalities, including an EE Energy System. This Frequency Medicine can be felt when you enter the space and seems to foster a deeper experience.

Solntse is a beloved hot yoga sudio in Wading River and has been considered home base for me to hold space for breathwork since 2022. I’m grateful to my dear friends here who have energized this space so well in preparation for breathwork healing and beyond.

Join me for a session each month this Winter and Spring at the iconic Sound View in Greenport and perhaps catch a gorgeous sunset after breathwork. Sessions will be held in the vacant Halyard restaurant which offers a relaxing view of the water before and after each session.
